You will be notified by email as soon as all stock is on hand in the KiwiPharma Warehouse for your consignment.
Once your dispatch instructions have been received, KiwiPharma will make the necessary arrangements.
You will be Notified by email: Air Way Bill number, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other supporting documentation PRIOR to dispatch.
Delivery Options.
• Regular Air Freight – Over 20kg
• Regular Air Freight is ideal for any consignments OVER 20kg, this is the most economic way of shipping your consignment.
• KiwiPharma use CT Freight, International Freight forwarders, located at Auckland international Airport, New Zealand.
• CT Freight, track your consignment through to destination and can follow up on any shipping issues.
• Freight dispatched from New Zealand, arrives the following day to Port of Entry for clearance by the customer.
• Freight and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International Courier – Under 20kg
• International Courier – Ideal for any shipment under 20KG, Delivered direct to your door, with clearance completed.
• International courier – We accept all Customers courier account numbers, and book direct to your account, to receive your discounts. DHL, Fedex, TNT
• Freight costs are to be paid by the customer in addition to product purchased.
• Preferred provider from New Zealand is DHL. DHL is the ONLY courier company who has its own planes and clearance facilities from New Zealand.
• DHL Delivery Times 2 – 5 days depending on destination.
• All other International Courier services are not time efficient, and NOT recommended by KiwiPharma as there are delays. Delivery time 5 – 10 days.
Supporting Documentation
KiwiPharma are able to provide your supporting documentation for import of your consignment, these will be stamped and signed and dated.
Supporting documentation is charged at $50NZD per consignment.
